SKHY Terraces are located on 38-44 Khyber Pass Road, Eden Terrace although can sometimes be listed as 38 Khyber Pass Road, Grafton or Eden Terrace.

Renting at SKHY:

Mostly, SKHY is an owner occupier complex. This means a lot of the apartments have unique and personalised fit outs so there is no one size fits all appraisal for these apartments.

In the area we do have comparable brand new apartments in that they offer the same amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and have similar sizes but mostly that is where the similarities end.  The architects unique flair in designing these apartments from the Pavilion to the Warehouse Apartments to the double storey split living units all offer a uniqueness that demands a personal and individualised approach.
